Introduction

In this essay, I will be describing my role and the type of organization I have worked for and what was the main task of my job, the skill and knowledge, and capacities required to carry out my tasks. Also, during this essay, I will be describing the difficulties I have faced when conducting my work role and what strategies I have used to overcome the difficulties. Also, I will be explaining the causes of difficulties in my work and will be using the theories. At the end of this essay, I will be making a recommendation for change as a management consultant using managerialism and a critical perspective. 
I worked for Amazon Logistics.

An Amazon fulfillment center is an Amazon warehouse in which incoming orders are acquired, stored, packed, and shipped out to the clients. Dealers who use FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) store their inventory at Amazon’s fulfillment facilities. Since Amazon was focused on delivering parcels to the customers, my role was to ensure any fault during the process flow is rectified within PAD time. Therefore, I was working as a Process guide and the Problem Solver for the outbound department from where the parcel was shipped. 


Tasks and skills, knowledge, and capacities required

The key responsibility for this job as a process guide was very overwhelming and during this responsibility, I was working alongside the team leader and the manager ensuring the customer's shipments are being processed before the scheduled timing. Being a process guide, I liaised with different departments alongside the FC to ensure that the customer's packages are processed on time. As a part of the role, one of the major key responsibilities was to motivate the team to ensure that good performance for the overall department is being delivered along with ensuring the customer's obsessions are being fulfilled.  Being a problem solver, the key responsibility I had was to ensure that if there is any fault during the process flow is rectified within the PAD time. The problem-solving techniques have given me the ability to time management, multi-tasking, and work under pressure.

The skills learned throughout my work are useful tools that I apply in running my daily errands. Precisely, I acquired the best communication, self-confidence, working up to deadlines, determination, and teamwork skills.
