Discuss how you, as a manager, would respond to a situation where you were asked to take over responsibility for a group of twenty staff who had become very disillusioned, had low morale, and the turnover of staff was abnormally high.

There is no right or wrong approach, but it is important that your work is underpinned by citations from suitable literature and, therefore, you must make use of literature from Canvas and the are library.

Do not use the internet. You must have a maximum of eight references although there may be more citations as you can use items more than once.

The work must be 1.5 line spaced throughout, font size 11 or 12 and with page numbering. Contents, introduction and references must each start on a new page; use the page-break tool for this and not the return key. It is unlikely that you will have any diagrams.

Your work must be structured in the following way: A cover page of your own design A contents page, with page numbering for each of your headings and sub-headings An introduction setting out what you have decided to discuss, justifications for your choices, and your approach (approximately 150 words) A discussion, constructed around academic references, with examples drawing from the real world, from literature, and from your own experience.
