C. Identify at least five strategies for effective liaison between professionals
involved in inclusive practice (4.4)
TASK-2
A. Summarise policy and regulatory frameworks, and explain how they influence organisational policies to inclusive practice (2.1, 2.2)
B. Explain how these frameworks influence your own inclusive practice (2.3)
TASK-3
A. Summarise your own role and responsibilities relating to inclusive practice,
and explain the relationship of your role with the roles of other professionals
(3.1, 3.2)
B. Identify at least five points of referral that are available to meet individual
learning needs (3.3)
TASK-4
A. Review the effectiveness of your own inclusive practice and in so doing
identify both your strengths and weaknesses that require improvement (5.1,
5.2)
B. Develop a five-point action plan (SMART) to improve your skills in relation to
