The images above present the case of a 61-year-old woman showing the 6-year course of an insufficiently treated collision tumour with basal cell of the eyelid and squamous cell carcinoma of the paranasal sinuses. Postcontrast axial and magnetic resonance imaging scans show the invasion of the tumour into the nasal cavities. The patient is scheduled for surgery to include left orbital exenteration, total rhinectomy and post operative radiotherapy
