You are working as a junior consultant for a construction management firm. The firm has been approached to provide an in-depth report for a client who is new to the UK construction sector. The client is interested in understanding how the industry has developed, the roles and relationships of the professionals involved in delivering projects, and the wider impact of construction activities.
