Critically discuss the scope of protection offered by at least two intellectual property rights for features of any single ‘product’, which falls within one of the following categories:

 i. Fragrances and cosmetics
ii. Foodstuffs, recipes, medicines and vaccines 
iii. TV formats, broadcasts, and digital media
iv. Machines, medical apparatus, communications technology, artificial intelligence, algorithms, games, weapons, and non-fungible tokens
v. Real people, fictional characters, robots and cyborgs
vi. Cultural artifacts such as home furnishings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, musical instruments, books, artworks, jewelry, clothing and fashion accessories 
vii. Buildings and garden design viii. Music, sports, games, audio-visual works, poetry, drama, and performance
ix. Genetic data, including plant varieties
x. Traditional knowledge / traditional cultural expressions
xi. Body adornments and modifications such as scarification, tattoos, and hairstyles You must select your own product: it could be a model of a ship, a brand of coffee, or a traditional aboriginal carving.
