Introduction
The Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship work-based project assessment is an opportunity for the Apprentice to display, using real customers in a work-based context:
1) The newly acquired sales competence; and
2) Showcase the knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) developed throughout the apprenticeship programme.
Prior to this point you will have chosen a specific Project Topic from a list provided to you by the ISP. To complete your Work Based Project assessment you will now be required to complete this Assessment Paper.
This Project Template is split into four Case Studies, each part focussing on specific elements of the criteria associated to this assessment method.
Your Project must follow the template in this document. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted and may be returned unassessed.
Your Assessor will check the total word count (excluding annexes or references). It is up to you to decide on the word count for each of the four Case Studies in your Project.
Please note that you have up to 10 weeks from your agreed project start date to complete and hand in this work-based project. If you do not hand in your work-based project on time, you may fail this part of your Assessment.
This work-based project should be completed electronically by the Apprentice and handed in electronically to the ISP on the Microsoft Word template provided. Any projects handed in not in this format will be returned to the Apprentice unassessed (for example converting the final template into PDF is not permitted). The Apprentice should also ensure that the “Apprentice Declaration” section is completed in full before submission. Any submitted projects without this section complete will be returned unassessed.

Where you feel appropriate or required, please include any annexes or references to support the evidence contained within your Case Studies.
Please note any references or annexes will not count towards your total 5000 words but should be submitted in accordance with the “WBP Guide > References/Annexes: Format & Good Practice”
