For this assignment – the requirement is proofing how did I developed across the below-mentioned assessment criteria. It is more of a self-reflection that should be done over a course of a year starting from September 2022 until December 2023.
⦁ Start by completing the self-assessment by giving an initial rating, to evidence that you can use online tests to show the initial competency and the post competency that would help in putting in the ratings in the question.
⦁ Create a Continuous Professional Development plan
⦁ Create some learning journals on how my development progress happened with real-life examples within my organization.
⦁ Then complete the actual table to summarize and evidence the development, staring by giving the previous rating before and putting the new rating after the development. The discussion should be real like projects, and how did I contribute and develop.
