Carry out an investigation into a cohort of workers in your organization or an organization you are familiar with. Critically evaluate the effectiveness of the current reward system in place for the chosen group of workers. Present conclusions as to whether the scheme meets its objective(s) and those of the organization and make recommendations for the future management of the reward system.

     ·      Discuss the overall purpose of your organization’s current reward framework (or an organization with which you are familiar), and critically evaluate the extent to which it aligns with the organizational strategy and wider organizational context.  How might it be improved to better achieve its purpose?     ·    Evaluate pay structures and their suitability in different organizational contexts. LO3

    ·    Assess the current pay structure for your chosen cohort of workers. Identify the type of pay structure in place considering its role in the reward system and whether it is fit for purpose. LO3.

    task 3 (1000 words)

    ·    Evaluate the current scheme in relation to ethical practice and regulatory compliance.

Make recommendations considering any findings and conclusions you have made from the above investigation. Ensure that ethical practice and regulatory compliance are considered. Include a costed implementation plan as an appendix. LO4
