Introduction: The purpose of this assignment is for you to demonstrate your understanding of how your organization operates within the hospitality market, and how this could influence any planned potential expansion. You will need to carry out some initial research into your customer base and competitors as well as potential trends and developments in the hospitality market.
From this research, you will formulate a report for your organization which you may present either in the form of a written report or a presentation. In part 2 you will then need to evaluate your report in the light of feedback received and summarise how you will communicate updates to key personnel. All your notes must be handed in with the report and sources should be referenced.
