Located on the northern end or Phase II of the Dubai Marina area on its border with Media City, Marina Arcade Tower is a 47-floor modern mid-rise residential tower. This 180 metres tall residential tower was started in 2014 and completed in mid-2017. The tower has 280 residential units including 1-bed to 4-bedroom units, as well as a few penthouses and triplex units. Most interior partition walls between units are concrete and designed to minimise sound.
As a newer building, the exterior cladding is predominately doubleglazed glass, with other cladding being non-flammable with mineral core filling. The ground floor includes a large expansive lobby with front concierge desk, numerous guest waiting/meeting areas, elevator lobby, and back access to the parking garage. The building runs eight high-speed elevators that run between the Lower Basement (parking) and 47th floor.
Each unit has at least one parking space, all located in the ground or
sub-basement levels of the building. The larger three bedroom+ units will have two or more spaces.
